How to paint realistic skin in Photoshop CS6

In this video I show and discuss the way I use the blending brush in Photoshop CS6, to paint skin. This is a technique that I very much love using, as it gives a soft almost matt looking texture to the end product.

Easy photo correction

Sometimes you are only able to take pictures at times of the day where there is excessive sunlight, like this picture... and like me you dont have a expensive camera with many lenses. Then you have to turn to Photoshop to fix the nice picture you took, that is a tad to over exposed.

Here is a method I use at times to help me adjust some of my pictures.
  1. Open picture in Photoshop
  2. Click Alt and then Click on the create new full or adjustment layer at the bottom of the layers panel.
  3. Then select Brightness/Contrast.
  4. Now click on the Set blending mode for the layer button and select multipy.
  5. Nost times like in this instance I did not need to change any of the settings, just the multiply setting was enough.
This has helped me repair many a picture like this.
